I read the Ai community guidelines and there seems to be a lot regarding the depiction of humans. What about brands? I wanted to create Ai generated shots of certain Porsche models (like the 992 GT2), however I am not sure if that would be a breach. Has someone experience with this type of stuff?

No can do.  IP violation. Brands are legally protected.  You can't claim copyright to someone else's brand or designs. Nor can you sell that work commercially.

AI artwork must be your own  content -- to the extent possible, given what AI is.

We have already seen reports in the forum of AI-generated cars being rejected as IP violations. Whether you not you based your AI design on an existing real-world model, if the AI-generated design happens to look like a protected model, such as VW bug, it will be rejected. There seems to be a "better safe than sorry" stance among the Moderation team when it comes to rejecting such images.

An image of a Coca Cola bottle is a Coca Cola bottle and the design is protected. That applies to most products and a lot of buildings.
