Adobe announced months ago that they were converting all contributor accounts to USD, and the change went into effect on March 1st. More about that change here:

To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Ich habe nun mehrfach Bilder verkauft und die Zahlung in Dollar gesehen, sie erscheinen aber nicht auf meinem Konto.

Did you read the info at the link? It says:

Payment accounts and currency information.

You can set up an account as part of the payment request process. Payoneer is only available for Contributors outside the United States. See the Payoneer FAQ for information on how to set up your account.

As of March 1, 2023, all Adobe Stock contributor accounts are paid in US dollars regardless of where you are in the world. The currency for contributor accounts cannot be changed.  

Adobe uses credits to calculate the royalties with 1 credit = 1 USD.

 

If you believe that you have accrued sales that don't yet show up as "available earnings", you should contact Adobe directly. The members of this Forum are not Adobe employees and can't look into your account.

Also die Währungskonten wurden alle auf USD umgestellt, wie @Jill_C gesagt hat. Der EUR wurde wie bei Adobe üblich mit einem Kurs von 1:1 umgerechnet. Deshalb müsste eigentlich das zum Zeitpunkt der Umstellung bestehende Restguthaben jetzt also gleicher Betrag in USD angezeigt werden.

 

Bitte gehe nach https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/sales/conversions, da siehst Du die bisher erfolgten Auszahlungen. Vielleicht wurde einfach alles ausgezahlt.

 

Mit dem link hier siehst Du die letzten lizenzierten Bilder mit Ihren Erträgen:

https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/insights/sales-earnings?end_date=2023-05-05&start_date=2023-02-0...

 

Sollte das jetzt nicht mit dem übereinstimmen, was als verfügbares Guthaben angezeigt wird, dann solltest Du den Support bemühen. Den Contributor Support kannst Du wie hier beschrieben erreichen: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support) 

 

Das PayPal Konto gibst Du immer bei der Auszahlung an. Das kannst Du nicht hinterlegen.
