It's quite a clean picture. I could only guess. There is a small (not really prominent) underexposure. You should add a small amount of whites.
Add some contrast and lift the shadows a little, and try resubmitting.

Hi @Dani X,
As @Abambo said, it is a bit underexposed. There is lost details in the highlighted area and it also has a pink color cast - white balance issue.
Otherwise it's a sharp nice image. What I'm about to say is not critical, but could earn you more sales flexibility. I'd take in more of the carrot stems so that the framing includes all the carrots in whole.
