The fur has a strange texture and no detail, the eyes aren't really sharp and that blue basket is very disturbing.
Pet pictures are abundantly present in the database, and you really need perfect pictures for those getting accepted.

Hello @Katо5C7C , there are a couple of issues that I can see.
1. The tongue is not focused. Your shutter speed was too slow.
2. The dark areas around the eyes have no detail. They need to be lighted.
3. The highlights need to be lowered.

Did you submit it? Did Adobe reject it?
If so, Adobe TOLD YOU WHAT WAS WRONG. Not much detail, but they did tell you.
We can help you with suggestions, if you can help us with Adobe's reason.
(Personally, I'd reject it because there is a blue plastic box interfering with the composition, but I'm not Adobe).

Thank you. Did you read the list of issues under technical requirements? Requirements include perfect composition. This is a lovely picture of a cat, but is it world class commercial photography?
