Hello, files that have been verified are not reflected in the portfolio. What to do ?

I'm not sure what your screenshot is showing. If approved files are not shown in your profile, it is probably because you live in a country where images require extra vetting before they are available in that region.

What is your location? I do not know of any country, being restricted and writing in Cyrillic. 

If you post a link to your public profile then we can check that.

This file is on the contributor’s side but not in the buyer’s portfolio

They were checked 3 days ago. I was waiting for them to appear, but they never appeared in my portfolio from the buyer's side.

It probably takes more than 3 days for assets to show up to buyers.  Wait a few weeks and then check back in if they haven't shown up yet.

You can try to contact support via the Contact Us link in the Contributor Support page, but I'm not convinced there is an issue.  

It could just take a few days for thes assets to register in the system.  I usually recommend a few weeks for issues like this just to be sure there is an issue before trying to contact Contributor Support.  It might even just be that they show up once the weekend is over.

Normally they show up immediately. At least after 3 days they should be there.

Searching for this asset as a buyer didn't yield any results for me.  Wait a few more days and then try again.
