What action do I need
If you have contacted Adobe contributor support as indicated on your blocking screen, you will need to watch your spam folder. Do not send an e-mail, if that is not indicated on the blocking screen, as that may make it more difficult for the support team, to associate that mail to your account.
Contacted for 7 days, still no contact back.
