Help with Illustration rejected for "image quality"

I need help to understand why those files were being rejected for "image quality/technical issue", because I really don't understand.

Hi Noj,

It might be because of the hard black lines around the cheek and at the neck. That is the only thing I see looking a bit off. I am not really an illustrator, so there might be other issues that I am not aware of.
