hi adobe doesnt accept my csv file for footage i have followed every rule but i still get the The upload of your CSV file failed. error i attached my csv file

Your CSV does NOT follow the rules. Your screen shot does not show it, but you have added an extra row before the header row.

Test_Screen_Name is correct. In addition do not put "4k" in the title. See here for instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/video-requirements.html

The 4k content will be offered as HD or 4k according to the needs of the buyer. There is no need to upload HD content if the content is available in 4k.
