If you have just registered, you might either need to respond to an e-mail sent to you, or you might need to complete the required tax form. Since you have not given details, we are not able to assist you much at this time.

However, if you want to sell images on contributor.stock.adobe.com, and you have not completed the tax form, you'll need to login to your account;

On the black bar at the top click on "Contributor Account".

Scroll down to "Tax Information".

Click on "Download".

You should be directed to links to two forms, proceed with the one appropriate for you based on your country.

You will be required to complete the form and submit it using the upload link.
