If you zoom in on your image at 100% you will notice that it is noisy and out of focus.

The lighting is a bit harsh, resulting in deep shadows and a few blown out areas. There is also debris on the background, had the image not been rejected for technical issues, it would have needed a property release because it is someone's artwork.
Did you submit a property release signed by the artist who created those statues?
You cannot use that image commercially without one.

Besides all those correct answers: you also have a white balance problem.
