The lighting is a bit harsh, resulting in deep shadows and a few blown out areas. There is also debris on the background, had the image not been rejected for technical issues, it would have needed a property release because it is someone's artwork.

Did you submit a property release signed by the artist who created those statues? You cannot use that image commercially without one. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/property-release.html
