Hello, I didn’t find information about the conditions for uploading videos 360VR spherical panoramas

what resolution or what codec for compression is acceptable?

because I see this type of content from other authors, and when I upload my 360 videos - nothing simply appears, and uploading regular videos is no problem

This is directly from Stock Contributor's User Guide under video requirements.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/video-requirements.html

Video compression (codecs)

We recommend:

  • ProRes
  • H.264

yes, but no 😞

tryed ftp upload  ProRes, H.264

Perhaps the ratio of the picture is affected? 360VR use video in the 2:1 aspect ratio.

in this link just Horizontal/Verical and Square type of content 😞

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/video-requirements.html

so its mean tha 360VR cant be uploaded ti adobe stock?

for example this seller add "almost" 360 video link to stock

 ScreenShot 2022-07-07 в 15.57.23.png

but 2160x1080 its not 360VR

so if I want to buy this video i need to stretch horizontally to a ratio of 2: 1,

but it’s easier for buyer find similar content, for example, on pond5 - because they even support 360 preview

so ABOBE doesn't support normal 360 videos?

I understand everything correctly?
