How do I submit my images for a critique?

I cannot figure out how to submit images for a critique.

There is a page that says submit them here in red print. There does not seem to be a way to submit.

If you're asking about getting other contributors to comment on your images, I think you want the other forum here

Stock Contributor Critique

In the above forum, you start a topic and then can either upload an image from your computer or provide a link to another location online.
