How do I update title and tags on an image currently in review?

How do I update title and tags on an image currently in review?  I want to add Generative AI tag on a vector I submited.  It is still confusing since vectors do not have the checkbox, but seems safer to add Generative AI since it was converted from a generated png. How can I update it if it is currently in review?

Ups. That will lead you to have a blocked account. Adobe does not accept generative AI that has been vectorized.

According to the rules, generative AI needs to be in the illustrations section, and that is for pixel graphics. So, it should be impossible to submit a vector that has been generative AI, even if you submit a high-quality hand vectorized asset. Banned for vectorizing generative AI
