Hi, I am contributor of Adobe Stock from last 5 months. I have some confusions in my mind;
1.I always wonder how my images get downloads. As many of other contributors and old contributors have better images than me whose content is also shown at first page when someone search about the image.
2. I want to know if the age of image effects it's visibility to the people? Means if I have the image for more than 1 year in my portfolio, will it be downloaded?
3. I want to know that which time zone does Adobe Stock use in it's contributor website, as it didn't match my country's time.
4. When I check my Activity there are 2 types of Licenses: Custom and Subscription. When our image sell on our Custom License?
5. I want to know exact number when our images review limit goes up.
6. Recently I got to know about Wirestock. They claim that the images will review in 2 days on Adobe Stock also. Is it true. (Beasue you guys know the biggest problem nowadays 😁)
7. Can I use the same payment method on another contributor account which I have used on my previous accunt also?
8. Nothing. 😁 I just love the Adobe Stock as they help us monetize our Passion.
Thank You Adobe Stock.
Wow, alot oif questions. I'll try to answer what I can.
1. The exact algorithums that Adobe use to display an image is unknown to us. What we do know, is that the images title, keywords and the number of times sold all play an important role on your position in displayed images.
2. No, only what I mentioned in 1 above. If you have an image that is older than 1 year and never been sold, you should consider changing the title and keywords.
3. I do not know which time zone you are talking about. Sh

3. I do not know which time zone you are talking about. Show a screen shot.
4. That depends on what the customer wants to use your image for. You always get paid 33%.
5. For new contributors it is ca. 50 images pending. How much and when is unknown to us.
6. Review time is ca. 14 days for photos and ca. 60 days for images.
7. Yes.

Hi Sir, Thank You very much, you answered my questions.
When I get download on Adobe Stock, I check the time and it's always don't match with my country's time.
Like I have checked the contributor dashboard 30 mins ago and I got download after 30 mins. The time on that download doesn't match with my country time.

We're not certain that sales are posted to your account in real time, but why is that a concern?

Most of your questions are beyond the scope of this user-to-user forum. We don't work for Adobe Stock.

Yes you can, but you can't open up another contributor account unless you intend to submit different asset types on that account. For instance, you can have one account for Generative AI images only, and another account for photographs. Creating multiple accounts with the same asset types on each will get you banned, perhaps permanently.

Here's the answer regarding Custom vs. Subscription Licenses:
Contributor FAQ for CCE/CCT Pro Edition (adobe.com)
How can I tell which royalties come from a Pro Edition download?
Earnings from Pro Edition are labeled ‘Custom’ on your earnings page in the Contributor Portal. Note, Enterprise licenses are also labeled ‘Custom’ so it is not possible to filter for just Pro Edition payouts.
