How long does it take for uploaded video to appear in new?

I am uploading video for the first time. I used FTP as described and the upload seems successfull. But after waiting and trying multiple times the file still does not appear. How long dies it normally take?

I also check what problems other folks had in the community but I can't seem to figure out what issue my file would have.

Resolution, frame rate, file format, duration, codec all match the requirements.

If sometimes it takes weeks I send one and it took almost a month 😞

I can confirm the checked back a couple days later and they are new now. 
that is so confusing because none of the help pages mention the delay.
