How to retrieve original filenames after approval on Adobe Stock ?

New Here ,
Oct 07, 2025 Oct 07, 2025

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the contributor dashboard.
After my uploaded videos are reviewed and accepted on Adobe Stock, I can only see the Title and Keywords — but not the original filenames I uploaded.

I need to know if there’s any way to retrieve or export the original filenames of the files that were accepted.
I already have my local database with filenames, titles, and descriptions, but I can’t match them easily without seeing the filenames on the website.

Is there any method, API, or hidden option to export this data or view the original filenames in the contributor portal ?

Thank you in advance for any advice or workaround.

You can see your original file name in the panel where you add titles and keywords. I always paste my original file name into the last keyword field.

But once it's approved or rejected, the original filename goes "poof" and is replaced by the asset number, right?

Not if you paste it into a keyword field.

Gone is gone... As for the API, I doubt that this information is available via the API. Adobe hides hell a lot for "useful" data, to avoid data harvester to harvest the database. But you are welcome to study the API guide. https://developer.adobe.com/stock/docs/getting-started/

It can also be seen in the HTML source code when viewing your dashboard.

After submission and acceptance? Then you "just" need to write code to filter that out.
