The Adobe Stock Contribution account has a large number of images of firefighters. And the fire fighters also have helmets on their heads. Now I don't understand how I can be sure that it is not Brigade Fire Helmet (MSA Safety Inc.) is not trademark-protected.
I have attached some files. can I upload this?
I won't comment on assets you have not submitted. Sorry.
If they're accepted, great! If they're rejected, come back and tell us what rejection reason was given.

I submitted. They also accepted. But I deleted this image after seeing these rules. So I seek advice from experienced seniors. Because I'm confused

Best is to give the whole story at the beginning of your thread. That avoids confusion. Even if it's not always true, I would assume that those rules are known to the moderators.
For you, I would suggest you google the helmet in question, to see if your design matches. If it matches, you should not submit. My understanding of this is, that the helmet is a very specific design and anything not matching that would be acceptable.

Don't submit, if you are unsure and think it could be protected. Ask a specialist in the field, not fellow contributors who do not submit brigade fire helmets.

I am also confused about this matter- “The robin egg blue color is protected by trademark, even without logos.” Can I get your advice on this?

The trademarked colour is called Tiffany Blue, and they is probably protected for jewellery. I do not expect a robin egg to be protected. You simply can't trademark nature.

And you'll see a lot of "robin egg blue color" in Adobe Stock. Like- Robin blue color easter egg.

The images that contain canisters with labels will be rejected because of the gibberish text.

The design of the Gallet F1-XF and other helmets used in European brigades are protected by trademark.

Probably all designs are protected by trademark. If you take a car, it's shape is protected by trademark and copyright, but it can be used as long as it is not the main object in the image, except for iconic cars, like the beetle. However, certain design elements may be protected, as they are contributing to the overall image of the manufacturer. It's not black and white. And sometimes it's a tribute to how aggressive a company defends their design. That's the reason, why you can't put a round button on a smartphone.

Here they don't mention -will accept without label or logo.

When the company owning the trademark makes a claim, Adobe will probably take the assets offline.

Garbled text is a common reason for rejection. It's something that AI just doesn't handle well. Even if a moderator doesn't reject them, your potential sales will be affected because Buyers don't have any use for such images.

Your account will be penalized, if buyers return assets, because they are bad quality. If you have a lot of bad quality assets, your account will be suspended, despite having those pictures accepted.
