You'll have to provide more detail, including the error code you're receiving when the upload fails. I use Light Room Classic which uploads the images automatically using the built-in Publish Service.

Are you using FileZilla SFTP client or your Stock Contributor Portal?

See below for details on both:

Hi @Cbongile23160841rxgn ,

At the top of your contributor page on the black menu bar you'll see Upload

Click on it.

The new page that opens has a round blue picture with an up arrow in the middle. You can use the mouse to drag and drop the pictures there from you picture folder, or you may click on the word browse. When you drag and drop you will see a new page open with the frames of the number of images you drag and drop. and for each you'll see a dial turning as it uploads. Allow it to remain until the picture(s) finish uploading. Depending on the speed of your Internet service will determine how long it takes.

Click on one of the pictures and you will see suggested caption and tags on the right of the page.

Starting from the top check for correct category and correct caption. You may change the caption if you have a better one.

X out the tags (keywords) that are not relevant and add relevant tags. Make sure the tags you add describes the image correctly.

Answer the question and upload and attach releases if needed.

Click on Submit.

Submit again in the dialog box that pops up.

If you choose to click on Browse, browse from the dialogue box for the folder that has your files. Click on the files you want to upload, click ok (or open) and wait for the upload to complete then proceed with tagging and captioning as described above.

If your Internet service is too slow the files will not upload and you'll get see a bar appear across the top of your page with an error message. Depending on the size of you photos you'll need at least 1mb/s upload speed with PING 50ms or less. You may use speedtest.net to check you speed if needed.

When your files are uploaded they go to Uploaded Files (on the top black menu bar), New (on the white menu bar below the black bar. When you submit your files goes to In Review. Within 5 days they should be reviewed and approved files will move to your Dashboard.

I hope this helps

Best wishes

Jacquelin
