I suppose you mean your public profile?
For some countries, Adobe needs to add additional vetting. So, not all assets are getting shown for those countries.

It is risky to upload again, but if Adobe are [corrected] not polite enough to tell you the problem, it's hard to see another way. Now, these three images. Did they each have a Dragon Ball perhaps?

Adobe Stock can drop assets whenever they want to. Those are the terms you agreed to in your Contributor Agreement. It's their website. They decide what stays and what goes based on sales and customer demand.
