I can't connect my payonner account to adobe stocks MAYBE ITS decline or says connceting by not connect.

go to contributor account and scroll down then you see payout information, select payoneer and select connect

Is your Payoneer account a personal or business account?

In some regions like Ukraine & Thailand, you must have a business account to receive royalty payments.

Its a personal account, Im from Sri Lanka, I took payments from adobe since last year.

What does that mean: "they decline my account"? What is the error message you get?

Done it. It wont connect. Always declined. Done everything, used a different PC as well. nothing works.

Contact Payoneer. 

Ensure that your account is verified and able to receive Royalty Payments from Adobe.

The error you are showing is not the error you claim here.

Make sure your Payoneer acount is fully verified, then try reconnecting through Adobe Stoke setting.

Use a different browser if still not working.

If the account is active, the issue may be tied to session cookies, try clearing cache, using incognito mode, or switching to a browser with fewer extensions.

f the issue persists, it could be a backend auth/token error.

Sri Lanka's regional economy is having difficulties.

Payoneer and PayPal have blocked new accounts in Sri Lanka. 

Maybe that's the problem.

I have used it within the last year. I'm wonder. Btw can't we use ONE payoneer account to 2 adobe stock accounts ? (images and videos)

Yes, you can. But it is no more possible to have two accounts, except if you have been grandfathered, or if you got an exception to the rule.

I get the same error.I'm in turkey and it's an account I always use to receive payments.I've tried everything but it won't accept it

Did you reach out to Payoneer in Turkey? Maybe they've recently changed their policies.
