I can't submit videos on adobe stock

You can see on this screenshot what is my problem ? I marked my problem but I can't solve this problem cause I joined today and I created contributor account today. I uploaded 12 files and I fill up all the information but I can't submit any videos. There are swowing a problem that I marked on this screenshot. Please reply everybody .

You need to do what the popout window says.
Click on the link and complete the "payout information" in your profile.

Looks like you didn't complete your registration process.

You need a verified PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill account in order to get paid. 

And you must complete & submit your Tax Withholding form.
