I don't I see the video I just uploaded sFTP in my recently upload files

Hi!

I've tried  several times (days weeks...) to upload videos via sftp with no luck.

I'm using FileZilla as client. I can access to the adobe server and upload the videos, however, when in my uploaded files webpage in my adobe stock user panel they never never show up

I'm following all the instructions and technical requirement for the videos, so i simply don't understand what it's going on.

I'll appreciate some help here!!!!

Video uploads need some time to appear in your account. I suppose there are some transfer and transcoding operations going on in the background.

I have tried many times, diferent days, diferent weeks, diferent file format, duration and sizes of the videos...

Unfortunately nothing ever shows up in the uploads page.

I am also facing same issue from several days, video gets uploaded successfully but now showing up in 'Uploaded files' page. kindly help me on this.
