I have added some images I have created of a Pokemon and some of a batman mask that I got rejected. But when I search for pokemons I get 1887 results and a search for batman gives 5800 results. How can other people sell there images when I get rejected ?
What you are most likely seeing are Editorial Use Only photos. The license for those photos are restricted to Editorial uses such as newspapers and blog posts. They can't be modified like Commercial Assets can be.
You cannot submit Editorial images until you have had at least 100 downloads on your account.

You cannot submit copyright protected characters for legal reasons.
You could be sued by the creators for infringement and forced to pay stiff financial penalties.
If Adobe accepted them for commercial use, Adobe could be sued for breaking the law.
Customers purchasing your images for commercial use could be sued for breaking the law.
And so on....
Never submit non-original artwork to Stock. It's a recipe for disaster.

Thanks. I'll try to see if I can see if the photos on the websites are restricted for editorial use 🙂

I just tried to see if I could change the licens when uploading a new image, but I can't find where to restrict the image to Editorial uses such as newspapers and blog posts. Where can I do that ?

You need to have had 100 lifetime sales or an extended editorial portfolio at a different stock site. If any of those conditions is not fulfilled you won't be able to submit editorial assets.

I really don't know the reason behind that. I have a question, do you have developed Pokemon like the one [moderator: link deleted].
