I have a problem with selling my photos on adobe stock

Hi , 

I am adobe stock contributor , I have an iisue with selling my accepted photos on the website !

when i press on the id of my pictures and search them on the website , it give that the page is not found !!

Also when i search about My Portfolio , it give it isn't available !!

Why ? and how to solve ?

I have this problem from 2 months ago , and I can't sell my photos.

Please help me😥

Can you show us screen shots with the steps you are taking? Also give us an image id.

It's on sales, you just need to find someone who needs such an asset. Check your keywords and expand your title to be more descriptive.

Yes, you are probably in a highly competitive section with your coffee cup.

And BTW: I would not buy this asset because of environmental issues. One way containers get more and more banned here in Europe. So if I would buy this, it would be as a bad example only, not to convey a positive message. (just my 2 cents)

What is your gegion you are in? Some regions have access to only a restricted number of assets. Images need an additional vetting to enter in this pool. This is probably due to conform with local laws.

Is your account also in the USA? If you created your account, and at that time you were in Turkey, it may well be that your account still is attached to that country. You see that, when you look at your portfolio. 

A different possibility is, that you are blocking Adobe related websites. That happens if you are behind a restrictive corporate firewall or you have a misconfigured host file.

No , I am from jordan and my lnk of my public profile appear that is from jo , 

So in the tab of changing country , i put it USA to just know if my account is availabe , 

but when I search for my country on the tab of changing region , Ican't find Jordan , So what i suppose to put ??

Jordan is probably a restricted country too. If you are living now in the USA, and your Adobe ID is still associated to Jordan, you need to change that. Look here for more on that: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

This will, in no way help you to boost your sales, as your assets are open for sales in non restricted countries and stay out of sight in restricted countries.

Stock has two regions:

• standard region: All assets are open for sale. An overwhelming number of buyers are in those regions, so sales should not get hurt by the restricted countries.
• restricted countries: assets get additional vetting, based on Adobe internal parameters. I suspect that one of the parameters is the number of downloads an asset gets. Your sales won't get a penalty, however, if you are not contributing assets specific for your region.

So for you: your pictures are up for sales and if they are in high demand, they get high sales numbers. To get a high demand, two factors are important: 

• The subject: the subject needs to be a good one. Check the Adobe contributor help pages to see, what they are looking for.
• The title and the keywords need to fit the subject. When fitting the subject, titles should be verbose. Keywords should be extensive, but not misleading.
