Hi, I have pictures that are people and they end up in reminder, because of a model release. There is no model cause it's not real. AI generates it. So there is no model. I was wondering if someone could tell me what to do or who to email about this situation. Maybe I can email them cause I can't find the email. Thank you kindly.
I checked your account and see no images in the remind to complete section. As you have been accurately advised here, if your generative AI image contains what could be perceived to be a recognizable person, though that "person" is fake, you must attach a signed property release.

Please read the requirements for generative AI art. Non-existent characters need a property release.

Emailing won't solve the problem. Read the page that @Abambo linked above and supply the required property release.

What would that change? You need a property release for fictional people. It's clearly stated in the instructions.
But if you want to contact contributor support, feel free to do so: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

No. You didn't read the help page that @Abambo linked above, did you?
here it is again:
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html
it says:
Do: Upload property releases for illustrations depicting generated people. Learn more about property releases.

You need a property release. And yes, you can sign as the property owner (you) and the artist (you too). It's a legally binding document where you assert to having full control over the property (the fictitious character).

Did you submit, title, keyword and describe as "Generative AI Illustration?" That's required so everyone knows what it is.
If AI contains a recognizable person or property, check the box and submit your signed Property Release by you as the artist and, if applicable, the model your image is based on.
