Hello Dear Support team

 

I've been a committed contributor, following all the guidelines and requirements outlined in the contributor agreement.

I made a contribute account with my [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]  few month ago. You have approved many files. My account is showing block while uploading some more files. I am very disappointed.

I don't understand anything. Please tell me what is my mistake. And I'm sorry if I'm wrong

 

Please do something.

Give me back my ID.

You are responsible for your assets. Even if they got approved, you can still get suspended if afterward they conclude that you have violated some rules. Moderators are not there to keep your account clean, they are there to protect Adobe and potential buyers. You need to wait for Adobe's response to your inquiry.

He did not receive the mail why the account was deactivated. Seen spam junk too many times. I have withdrawn money and given that too pending. All of a sudden my cells have increased. I saw the top seller in one night. To say my mistake, I think my same file has been uploaded 2 times and it has become double because of the network, I could not delete it in the pending state.
Sir please give me the link address to mail them
I have replied to the approval mail that why the account was banned.
And on Contact Us, they show up at many homes and I can't contact them

You are contradicting yourself. Either you got a mail or you did not got a mail. You can't answer to a mail that you did not get.
