No, but if you are at your submission limit, you could use the timke it takes to moderate your assets for rigorously checking your files and deleting those that do not meet the standards. That would help all of us.

The answer to your question is that there is a submission limit on your account. Once some of your previous submissions have been reviewed, you will be able to submit more. Meanwhile, make sure those that you have uploaded abd are waiting to submit are of the highest quality with thorough and accurate titles and keywords.
