Hi... Hope you fine...
I'm contributor on adobe stock. My account de-activted from month. I am very worried about the account. I am incapable of working I am very sorry about my account And if I have committed any mistake unknowingly, I have tried to talk to the help center several times and have also sent mails several times but I am not getting any response. Please take action on this and my issue should be resolved.

I am mentioning the screenshot of the response given at different times.

We are contributors like youself and can not be of assistance. Sending emails on a repeated basis will not help you regain access any faster. You were given a link to dispute their findings and to make an appeal. That is all you can do and doing so repeatedly is of no use. Your only option is to wait.

Use the Contact Us link that was provided to you, which is the only way to create a Support Ticket in Adobe's Contributor Support system. Emails do not create support tickets.

Have you used the contact links that were provided to you?

If I interpret your screen shots correctly, you had multiple accounts or the same account has been closed three times.

The 1st was case 00245294 on 28th March.

The 2nd was 00250084 on 24th April.

The 3rd was 00252150 on 7th May.

I would not expect any of these three accounts being reactivated.

Just a note, that was almost 7000 case reviews in less than 3 months.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:

2) Content spamming or fraud.
3) Receipt of an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice.

Be patient. Check your email spam folder for a reply.  An investigation could take several weeks. If requested, provide additional information. Meanwhile work on other projects and submit content to other stock services if you wish.

Good luck.
