Hi, i want to become a contributor of Adobe Stock. I'm interested in one question. I create
PSD templates only, can I sell them on Adobe Stock? Or is it possible to sell only photos, vectors and videos?
Thank you!

You can, but apparently not through conventional channels. I found this. I assume it's up to date:

Are you interested in submitting your work for a portfolio review? Please email the Adobe Stock templates team at template@adobe.com. Let us know a little about who you are and provide a few links to your work. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have around requirements, standards, and the submission process.

The correct answer is Adobe Stock doesn't accept PSD Templates from regular contributors. They source their templates from trusted designers & partners by invitation only.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/design-template-requirements.html

"At the moment, Stock is sourcing design templates from a small group of artists and agencies — we’re not accepting submissions from individual contributors at this time."

Regular contributors may submit photographs, vector graphics, videos, 2D

Regular contributors may submit photographs, vector graphics, videos, 2D & 3D artwork, and Generative Artificial Intelligence images that meet Stock submission requirements.   Keep in mind that Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.  For more details, read the Stock Contributor User Guide carefully.   Post back if you have more questions.
