My guess is:

Some of the photos are noisy.

Some are overexposed where the light is reflected.

Blotches and irregularities are in the background.

No, you need to tell us the error first. Adobe always give a reason when they reject a picture (such as IP violation, technical issues, similar photos already submitted, not wanted for collection....) Tell us the reason, so we do not waste your time by guessing.
