Hello everyone
My photo was rejected due to a quality problem. I would like to know your opinion and understand more precisely the reason for the rejection in order to correct the photo and avoid technical errors in the future. Thank you in advance for the answers!

Shadows are underexposed, white balance is a bit too blue, and there are sensor/ dust spots in the sky. You should be able to correct and resubmit.

In addition to what @Jill_C said: the sky is over exposed.

 

The read shows areas, where the sky is clipping:

As for sensor spots, I think that there are more than on:

The front stick fence appears pretty blurry compared to the rest of the photo.  There are some  strong and unappealing shadows and highlights and the colors look washed out to me.

 

Personally, I'd wait for the more pleasing light of golden hour, use an aperture between f/8 - f/16, and shoot this on a tripod.  If you don't already do so, shooting in raw and making adjustments with post processing also benefit most photos.
