I submitted over 300 photos to Adobe Stock. They were approved. I am still being charged.

My yearly account expires in Mid-January. I submitted over 300 photos to Adobe Stock in 2019 that were approved before January 1, 2020. When I checked my account in early January, it was stated as paid up until January 2021.

I just noticed that I was being charged $9.99 per month since Mid-January.

I tried to do a chat but after one minute, Shaikh Tausif said he was going to get someone to help me. Five hours later, I was still waiting. Anyone else have similar billing, when they should not have been billed. Thank you, anyone

If you are eligible for the free one year complimentary subscription you should have gotten a redemption code. This code applied will suspend your monthly payements. That code If you didn't get your code, contact the contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)
