Hey, I think I found the solution, it is a bug obviously. To get rid of the bug, all you need to do is to upload 1 or more images. Perphas the old uploaded images are pending too long on my account. Cheers.

That's new. You just need to do what the system asks you to do: clicking the three cats, which should not be a that difficult task.

I got this problem too, it asked me to choose the cat images repeatedly and I'm very sure I choose the correct one. Could it be a bug of Adobe's server?

That may be the case, but the bug is not in relation with the new captcha. I also had that “blocking” situation before, as I always kept a dummy picture waiting for support. After 8 months, I could do nothing else as submit that picture.

You'll have to provide more info regarding the problem. How are you uploading and what error message do you see? A screenprint would be useful too.
