I was a fotolia contributor, can't access Adobe Stock (email is in use)

I was a Fotolia contributor, can't access Adobe Stock. The error says the email is in use.

I tried to log out, different browsers.... No success. 

Any advice?


BTW, chat support is useless, feel so sorry to spend 3 days being transferred and getting no answer. Not a good support (((
