ID wont upload

I try and upload my ID and I get an error message stating that the file I selected isn't supported - although its a pdf! Help!

Scan and submit as a jpg or take a screenshot of your pdf and save as a jpg. You can't upload the PDF.

Are you trying to upload to Adobe Stock as a contributor? Or where are you trying to upload to?

Adobe Stock does not support PDF uploads.

Im trying to upload to Adobe Stock as a new contributor. But I get this message,

“Costa, your first item is ready to be submitted.

First, we need to confirm your identity to make sure you are approved to sell files and get paid.”

When I trey and upload a pdf of my passport I get the error message referred to below

Thanks, problem solved! Didn't realise you can only upload jpeg, not pdf
