Illustrations waiting to be reviewed for 3 months

Hello,

The illustrations I sent 3 months ago are still waiting to be reviewed.
The ones I sent before that were reviewed but these are still waiting.
I opened a support ticket 2 months ago but it didn't help.
Can someone give me some information about why this is happening?

Many people are submitting many more assets than the Adobe moderators can handle. That is all. And as this is a normal situation, currently, do not expect a clear answer to your support ticket. You will get the same answer that any of your peers got: there is no way to accelerate this, and you have to wait your turn.

Hello again,
I wrote to the topic again because the 3 vectors I sent 7 months ago are still waiting for review.
After these 3 vectors, all my works I sent were reviewed instantly on the same day.
There is something strange.

Yes, that is confusing. Resubmit the 3 ones. They may be stuck in the moderation queue. If they are only three, you could even risk to submit them, without deleting the original ones, and deleting those who do not get moderated. I would do this, however, one by one. And not with to many assets.

The new works I uploaded a few hours ago have been reviewed.
Those who have been waiting for 7 months are still there waiting for review.
I think this is a technical problem but I'm not sure.

I can't say I didn't use the delete file button :=) but it didn't work

 

Is there an Adobe representative here?

What about "sending it again and it didn't work". You are giving conflicting information.

Many Contributors are reporting waits of 2-3 months or even longer. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to hasten the process. Sending a support request definitely doesn't help, as it will just receive a standard canned response.

Dozens of contributors have been experiencing this issue for a number of months. There is nothing to be done but to continue waiting.
