There is much more to image quality than just file size. AI drawing errors noted here:

Thanks for feedback, 🙂 🙂 but AI is really messy in drawing human's face .

Not necessarily. I have seen many AI-drawn human faces that look like a photograph and are very realistic. Just because it's AI and sometimes makes mistakes doesn't mean that Adobe will accept it...

That's why they will always need to be edited. Look into facial restoration and enhancement software as well.

Sure and with glasses... You need to correct that.

The face is fairly realistic, but the glasses look more like illustrations due to drawing errors.

Hello,
Another thing to consider is the tone and exposure of the AI photo.
Regarding the exposure, you have a blown-out area on her hair; tone - her skin is a bit yellow, so I think you have to adjust her skin tone.
So apart from AI adjustments, you also have to treat this as if it was an actual photo from a camera!

I haven't found an AI machine yet that doesn't make some mistakes. AI is not perfect. And the more complex your image is, the more mistakes it makes, especially with fine details.
- Keep the images simple.
- Examine output for accuracy. Zoom in on every quadrant at 100-300% magnification.
- Fix errors if you can, or discard and start over.
- Repeat.
Compare your best work with Stock inventory. To get accepted, it should be as good or better than what Stock has.
Good luck.

Ears have been invented to hold the sunglasses. You should check that.
And even if it looks like this, eyeglass temples are not fused with the head.
