I have loaded this image on adobe stock contributor and they said that was not accepted because of technical reasons do you have any idea what they mean?

Can't tell much from low-res preview.  But it looks like it might be underexposed.

 

Examine full sized images in Photoshop or Lightroom at 100-300% magnification.  Check exposure level in the Histogram panel.  Retouch defects if you can.  Discard the ones you can't repair.  

 

Adobe customers expect the highest visual and technical quality image for commercial projects. Submit only your best work.
