The moderator seems to think differently, I too, as the big window with view to the garden is not genereic. The owner of the place can easily identify this and that is the criteria. The accepted picture shows much less of the location.

Again, it's possible this is a title/keyword issue. I'm willing to bet the rejections are related somehow. I think using a copyrighted term as a keyword could be either an IP rejection or a Non-Compliant rejection.

Thanks but I used the same keywords for others in the series https://stock.adobe.com/au/stock-photo/id/659290369 and they are all non-branded terms.

You will need a property release from the owner of the location (in addition to the model release).

I have other shots from the series that were accepted. The property is very generic so that usually meets the guidelines to not require a property release. Series: https://stock.adobe.com/au/stock-photo/id/659290369

Thanks, yes I guess it would match on an image search. I will lower the depth of field in future images or get property releases.

You can also try to change the camera position. But best is to get a release.

I would think it is the blue harness. But in one end of the thread you write that you have had pictures from the series accepted, so I am not sure about that.

Hi Oleschwander, the blue material is just fabric from any fabric store, very generic and these have all the same elements https://stock.adobe.com/au/stock-photo/id/659290369 and were accepted.

Brett

It's possible the reviewer hurriedly checked the wrong reason for rejection box. It sometimes happens.
