Would you say this photo is made to the highest professional standards, including image quality and composition? Have you studied composition?

Hello,

Composition and when enlarged you are getting JPEG compression artifacts.

The pixels are becoming smudgy. Was this taken with a smartphone, or a camera with a small sensor?
