Someone more expert than me can probably help you discover the technical issues. Your photos must be to the highest professional standards. One however has a signature: this is forbidden, of course: did you ever see a million dollar advert with the photographer's signature? The rules clearly forbid this. The other will need an IP release from Suzuki.
The "Suzuki" image, besides having a logo in plain view, which will not get accepted at all, even if Suzuki would sign an ip release, is extremly noisy. In addition you see sensor or lens dust. The Susuki image would get accepted as illustrative editorial however, if presented without technical faults or other troubles.
The second picture, besides havin a watermark in, it also is framed wich is alsow not allowed. If you look at the image at 100%, you will see that the image carries a lot of noise.
