Black border on left side, underexposed and many artifacts throughout. Zoom in to that dark cloud and you will see a multi-colored speckled pattern. Those are artifacts either from over-processing or a small sensor (if this was shot with a cell phone camera).

A nice picture, but unfortunately, it is not fit for stock.

When you look at your picture at 100%, you see the washed out colours and missing detail, all typical for in-camera processing with small sensor cameras.

The border can easily be cropped out, the exposure can be corrected (within limits), but this over processing is making your picture unusable for Adobe stock.

If this is indicative of the quality from your cellphone camera on a bright day under ideal lighting circumstances, you can probably conclude that your camera is not capable of producing the image quality required by Adobe Stock. If you're interested in pursuing stock photography, consider upgrading to a more professional camera, e.g.  DSLR.
