What was the reason they gave you for rejection? Quality issues? Technical issues? You would have been given a generic reason with some general comments as to what the issues were? I'm not seeing any obvious issues that stand out, with the possible exception that you might want to remove the drop shadows so that the buyer can insert their own if needed.

The reason has been given as "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise" . Can you help me to find what specific reasson are impossed on my asset, so that it has been rejected.

It could be a little sharper and again, I would remove the drop shadows. Some other contributors will probably chime in, so I'd wait until you get a couple more opinions before you resubmit.

Meanwhile, here's a couple minor issues you might want to fix, especially the bottom one, where I am seeing the white background through an otherwise thick piece of woof.

Look for yourself, and the whole frame. You now know what to look for.

The reason was "Quality issues". the rest is stock text, not specifically targeted to your asset.

How did you get the the picture? Is it a photograph or a generative AI picture? 

I agree with @daniellei4510, it's not in focus and the shadow is disturbing. The frame has been cuttout and there are cuttout errors to be seen, even that you have only presented the JPEG file.

So, all in all:

• The asset needs to get sharper
• correct those minor blemeshes
• create a correct cutout for PNG submission
• do not add a drop shadow
