The fairy door is blurry as pointed out - looks like camera shake, so it won't pass, and the other photo - lack of detail, composition and white balance - it's a bit too pinky.
As far as dpi - I think you mean this, which is actually ppi - it doesn't really matter until you print the file. It's irrelevant in this case.
The 72 ppi wouldn't affect the blurriness you have on the fairy door. That is due to camera shake. Your shutter speed is too low.

The fairy door is very blurry, no focused areas. The other one has few details in most areas. Did you shoot them with a smartphone? The problem is the very small sensors. The lighting conditions have to be very good to take good quality pictures.

Actually they were both shot with a 24 MP camera editted and exported from LR classic. It seems that I exported the wrong images I had several shots of these two images and discovered that I mistakenly exported @72 x 72 bpi resolution in 4000 x 6000 size. I corrected and resubmitted.
