I'm not sure if this was the same image you submitted or if you downsized it here. In the future, it is always best to share the exact same image you uploaded so we can offer accurate advice.

Take a look at the sky and you will see a lot of colour noise and artifacts. The cloud above the rock formation has blown out highlights and a strange highlight around the rock.
The horizon is not level and the white balance is way too yellow.
