Hi, could you please clarify why my image was not accepted on Adobe Stock? I’d like to understand what specific issue or requirement it did not meet so I can make improvements in the future. Thank you!

I think the overall graininess might be considered a quality issue.

Unsuitable for commercial print. 

No shadows, no highlights. Just mottled midtones. 

Whatever enhancement you used was counterproductive. It didn't improve the image.
