Images rejected du to technical problems

Hello,

I have submitted a few pictures recently and I do not understand why they were all rejected due to technical issues. I have checked in lightroom once again and I do not understand : no white clipping, shot with Sony a7rIII, perfectly focused, no cropping, iso 100... The only thing that I see is that they were shot @f/20 but still, they look sharp enough to my eyes, even @200% zoom. To me it seems that they checked all the "boxes". Any ideas?

It doesn't seem perfectly focused to me.

The focus isn't very good actually in all the 3 photos.

The images are not real sharp and your backgrounds have errors.

Sensor spots on all photos, the edge of the background is vissible in the second and the reflection is not desired in the third.
