Images still awaiting review after 2 months

Hello Adobe Support,

I wanted to inform you that I have 49 images awaiting review in my portfolio. Some of these images have been pending for over 2 months, while others range from 29 days to as short as 10 days. What is the reason for such long and extended review period? 

Is there anything I could do to expedite the review process?

No! There is nothing you can do to expedite the review process.

As a general rule, assets get moderated on a first in-first out basis. I don't know where you have your information on 10–29 days of review time, but if you submit AI, the review time is around 3 moths, even that I have the impression that it starts to slowly come down. This is because from the beginning of this year, generative AI submitters submitted thousands of assets in a row, and limited moderation resources slowed down the review process, not for the single asset, but overall for all submitters.

I did't say that I think it's 10–29 days of review time usually, I said that other imagies of mine (49) have between 60+ days to recent ones which have 10 days. Also There is still sticker that review will be in next couple of days, which is misleading then if you are now telling me that the review time is around 3 moths for AI imagies.

Anyway, thank you for your response. I just wanted to bring this to attention and understand if everything is going according to the plan.

That sentence may be even hardcoded on the website. Don't pay too much attention to that. The backlog surprised even Adobe, and they are looking for solutions. Solutions to get back to the couple of days.

Read some of the other recent posts here in the Community Forum and you'll see that review time is a frequent topic of discussion. The queue of Generative AI assets has grown dramatically due to Contributors uploading hundreds at a time, and it is now estimated at 1-2 months, perhaps even a bit longer. As @Abambo  indicated, there's nothing you can do to hasten the process. Be patient.

Review times vary depending on how many other assets were ahead of yours in the wait queue. 

It's like rush-hour traffic on the road.  Sometimes traffic is heavy, sometimes not.  In Los Angeles, traffic is always heavy.  😞

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5  - 15 business days.
Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1 -3 months due to the immense backlog of AI submissions.

Meanwhile, work on other projects.
