Images stuck in review

I have 21 images that have been sitting in my review tab for 15 days.

I've called the Adobe customer service number and they tell me to email Adobe or use live chat.

I try using the live chat and no one responds.

I send an email and Adobe closes my case saying it should take 3-5 days for the images to process as if that's the solution to me saying that my images have been sitting for 15 days.

You aren't a customer. The world of being a supplier is very different, and companies often treat their suppliers in unsatisfactory, arbitrary ways. The only rights you get are the ones in your contract. Welcome to "supply side".

15 days, by the way, is currently normal for photos, and for AI generative it could be months, due to a "gold rush" which didn't think about the fact each image is reviewed by a human.

You are not a customer. So, customer service is not for you. You have to contact Contributor support. But if your assets are generative AI, it's currently normal. There appears to be a backlog queue of more than one month currently.

It's important to remember that you aren't a customer, rather an independent 3rd party supplier.  The only way to contact contributor support is through the Contact Us form/email you've already used.  If you read through the recent posts, asset review time had been a hot topic and I'm sure Adobe is getting many contributors contacting them about it.

Are you a new contributor?  And, what sort of images are yours?  Generative AI images are taking longer than 4 weeks based on posts other contributors have made.  I think a week or two weeks on traditional assets is normal at the moment.  This is all based on what others are reporting on the forums.
